All students, including those about to start with ASA Institute of Higher Education or student continuing to study will incur tuition fees each quarter of enrolment. Tuition fees vary between courses and from year to year. All tuition fees must be paid by the deadline outlined in a student's Letter of Offer in advance of each quarter starting.
All fees and charges outlined on this page and the include documents are presented in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Applicants and students should be aware that there are other fees and charges that may be incurred and are non-refundable.
Application Fee (per course) : $250
Administration of Refund Fee (Overseas Refunds) : $450 or 5% (whichever is lesser)
Administration of Refund Fee (Onshore Refunds) : $150 or 5% (whichever is lesser)
Material Fee is $50 AUD per unit of enrolment per quarter. Material fees are automatically included into a student's invoice once enrolled per quarter.
A fee charged on a per unit basis that supports the funding of materials and resources for students throughout their studies. This includes but is not limited to IT resources and equipment on campus, learning resources, updates to e-library, virtual laboratory and ongoing maintenance to Canvas.
Students who are experiencing financial hardship or extenuating circumstances can reach out to seek out support for payment plans or extensions to fee payments. These are granted on a per quarter basis pending review.

Other Costs
All other fees and charges are non-tuition fees and may or may not apply according to each applicant or student’s circumstances. These fees and charges are generally non-refundable and may include:
